Today's awesome walk, 4.6 miles in 1:29, a photo by christopher575 on Flickr.

Not the longest distance, but one of the hardest walks I've done
because of the stairs of death. Not planning on walking tomorrow; if I
don't, this makes 29.13 miles for the week.
