Today's awesome walk, 8.79 miles in 2:46, a photo by christopher575 on Flickr.

Last week's total fell a little short because I didn't walk all
weekend, and I normally go six days a week. I decided to go for it
today and really test out my blister prevention socks. They worked
pretty well! My lower back's a little sore, but that's to be expected.
The weather was cool, cloudy, and perfect. Exactly the reason I moved
here.
