I kept going. In addition to all that, there's lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, pickled pepperoncini and jalapenos, plus olives, all chopped up. It's all sitting together and tomorrow I will add mock crab and serve it in tortilla bowls with Santa Fe rice, lettuce shreds, and a blob of greek yogurt. Maaaybe might pick up some cheddar and tomatoes. If I don't, might add a spoon of salsa.
