there are a lot of options, just not the drive. i'd rather take Jake out for walks. at least both of us will get the exercise. i guess 15 minutes at work and 15 minutes at home? ROFLMAO

I really believe it needs to be continuous. I used to walk half an hour to work and then half an hour at lunch (before I got shipped out to Redmond and stopped walking altogether and gained hella more weight) and it just didn't have the effect that walking an hour or more does for me.
