So thankful to be in a situation where I can work from home. Right now, three of five people on my team are home sick (while the two who normally work from home are fine, haha) but we can all keep an eye on things from our couches. It wasn't so many years ago that I worked somewhere that didn't offer any sick or vacation time whatsoever, so getting sick meant either financial problems or getting everyone else sick. Neither was a great choice.

Most baffling? The software we all used was browser-based. Absolutely no reason not to allow people to do the job from home.

And people in offices all get sick from each other, so any way to let people work from home is going to benefit everyone!

We were using a proprietary package that ran in IE. They shoulda just let us run it in *our* IE.
