I made soup for the first time tonight
Oct. 22nd, 2012 07:58 pmRoasted sweet potato and parsnip, balsamic roasted cauliflower and carrot, all blended up into hot chicken stock. Hints of cayenne and cinnamon. Served with a dollop of sour cream and a pressed turkey, jarlsberg, and garlic herb cheese sandwich. It turned out good, if I do say so myself.
