Didn't feel like getting a picture. It was salmon crusted with panko and horseradish, and Ina Garten's corn salad. Only she boils the corn, and I grilled it. White toast on the side. Pretty good!
The other way I like to make salmon is to zest a lemon onto it, spray about half that lemon's juice on, and smear it all around with olive oil before baking. Delicious!
