Didn't feel like getting a picture. It was salmon crusted with panko and horseradish, and Ina Garten's corn salad. Only she boils the corn, and I grilled it. White toast on the side. Pretty good!

oh my god. i panko-crusted the tofu i fried and it tasted so good. i need to be bff's with panko. so do you just mix the horseradish with the panko?

Horseradish, panko, and olive oil on the fish and then bake it. Shoulda probably done salt and pepper, too.

The other way I like to make salmon is to zest a lemon onto it, spray about half that lemon's juice on, and smear it all around with olive oil before baking. Delicious!
