One nice change this year

For the last several years, this last part of the year sucked because we were busy with the normal end-of-quarter stuff, but had even fewer days to get through all the work because of the time off. This year, we started a yearly cadence instead of a quarterly one, so the majorly busy part will be the weeks leading up to the end of the fiscal year, in June. 

It's really, really nice not to be scrambling right now.
