You don't see that combo out here. It's always a Taco Bell/KFC when it's a split, with one rare KFC/Long John Silver's a few miles from work.

there's a 24hr drive-through mexican place in Everett that's amazing. I understand they also have a location in U District, but I don't think it's 24hr.
