Thanks to Roy for spotting this and tagging me on FB.
For those who weren't around at the time, several years ago, I coined a term for fisting, "silent duck." AJ helped it take off by adding it to the wikipedia entry about fisting. There was a band from my hometown called The Silent Ducks, and now there's an Australian Band called Silent Duck, and an Estonian death metal band, Necro Strike, wrote a song about the act, also called "Silent Duck."
If von Trier uses the same meaning and this isn't just a coincidence, this will be quite the triumph.
