People in Seattle wear way too many layers. I once saw a guy with a do-rag, bandana, hat, and hoodie. Four layers, just on his head.

I sometimes see people with a shirt, a sweater, and a leather jacket on IN THE SUMMER!!!! It's like 82 degrees and they think it's January.
