Browned and seasoned beef, couple cans of cream-of-soup or one can and some sour cream, cheese, frozen tots, bake at 350 for half an hour, add more cheese, back until it's melty and yummy. Voila!
Garrett does the tater tots vertically but ain't nobody got time for dat.
