In my dream this morning, I was with a huge group of people, including a lot of my current coworkers. It was unclear if we worked together in the dream, but I definitely know that if we did, it wasn't at our IRL job. The reason I know this is that we decided to sneak onto the roof of an office building, and the building belonged to our real-life client, and none of us thought anything of it. This was a building that does not actually exist in Seattle, but it was somewhere near Denny and we were enjoying the view of the Space Needle.

A lot of people who actually worked at the building took their smoke breaks on the roof, and we figured we were blending in with them, but ended up getting asked to leave in short order.

Some of the people in the group had musical instruments, and we decided to make our way to Denny Park, marching-band style. Only a couple of people were playing (including exiledfromtribe on trombone!) but it sounded amazing. The song was "YMCA" and I got everyone to sing along.

Later, I ran into my mom, and she was using my bath towel to clean the windows on a van. I yelled at her and she told me that from that point on, everything would be different. She wouldn't buy me food, and would be mean to me whenever she had the chance. Real-life nuggets that I believe contributed to this particular scenario were the fact that my mom would use a towel only once before washing it and it bothered her that my brother and I started using them for up to a week once we moved out, and the time my dad used my toothbrush to clean his razor the morning before he drove to Arkansas.
