It's fun to use the Internet to enhance the experience while reading a memoir. Right now, I'm reading Andy Taylor from Duran Duran's, and it was fascinating to read all about the club that was their home base when they were starting out, the Rum Runner. But of course, it's long gone. I decided to look it up on Street View so I could see the alleyway where Taylor did cocaine the first time, and then I happened upon this:

Awesome.

I'm enjoying Andy Taylor's book so much that I just ordered John Taylor's.

OMG I've seen them in concert, like, 10 times. I was such a Duranie.

I saw them in Las Cruces when they went on tour with The Cranberries.

There was a little workshop in our backyard with a door in the floor that went down to a shooting range. I claimed it as my clubhouse and put Duran Duran posters on the walls.
