On the way home today

While I was at the bus stop today waiting for my bus to go home, a woman walked by with the worst bleach job I've ever seen. It was in three stages. The roots were a brassy-filmy orange-yellow, followed by the most normal looking section, which didn't look very normal but was the least of the evils present. Finally, the last six inches or looked like angel hair hay, bleached so many times that you could almost see through it.

Then, on the bus, the guy in front of me (sitting sideways while I faced forward) had an iPod Shuffle clipped to the lanyard of his iPod Nano.

Huh.

as a professional, that made me throw up in my mouth a lil bit. i wish i had a mobile unit i drove around in to capture those in need of desperate hair help...

I think all you'd really need in this case would be a nice set of battery-powered clippers.
