I think the move was the straw that broke the camel's back, and unfortunately in this scenario, I'm the camel. I definitely have to do another round of physical therapy for the bulging disc in my lower back. You know it's bad when I cut a walk short on a foggy morning.

So, get on a hard floor, on your back, and roll up into a ball as tight as you can, knees back. Rock back and forth. It helps my entire spine. Sometimes I get leg cramps from the electricity returning to those muscles.
