I don't understand this new thing where there's food outside at gas stations

Yeah, that's kinda weird. Maybe they're playing up the whole "I didn't think I needed it until I saw it" mindset that they use with candy and gum at the checkout area of grocery stores.

Is there an attendant outside to purchase from or do you still have to go inside?

There are times I've been with the girls that I'm not willing/able to go inside (which would mean unloading them to take in with me or leaving them - neither of which I'm going to do) but would totally grab a pop or snack for the road if it were outside in a machine. I've seen stations that had a pop machine in the center but I never seem to find these ones when I am on the road with the girls and would appreciate them. :p

You still have to go inside to pay. I don't know if there's more food inside or not. Maybe it's small enough that there isn't any.
