christopher575The first few minutes of a walk in this weather are pretty brutal in this cold weather, but then it's ok. As I mentioned yesterday, one thing that's nice when it's cold is that the grassy areas are frozen instead of wet. That includes the handy neighborhood shortcut.
One spot was so frosty, it looked like it snowed. That was strange.
Lately I'll use the shortcut no matter what, as long as I'm using it to get back home. It's not a big deal to get my shoes wet if I'm taking them off a couple minutes later. But it's nice for them not to get wet at all right now.
