I like these a lot because one of my recurring dream themes is that I haven't paid attention and suddenly my hair's about that long again. I actually grew it all the way to my waist in college, but had it at this length for a bit before I shaved it off. It's weird that I always dream about this length.

Plus I love my old friends. I especially miss Sybil, because she's the type who disappears for years at a time. Even if you email her, it could be forever before you hear from her again. I wish she could be a bigger part of my life now.

I love long hair on dudes. And yeah, I have friends like that, who just disappear and reappear. Because I have attachment issues it makes me want to hunt them down but I've learned to just stay receptive instead.

Was the skirt a regular thing or was that a birthday costume?

Just a costume. The four of us are four levels of dressed up. Chad didn't dress up at all, I have a skirt, Sybil has a dress, and JP has a dress and wig.
