Onion bagel with cream cheese, grilled chicken strips, lemon juice, and mint. People who've known me for a long time will know how much I love a sandwich like this and how long it's been since I've had one.

I used to have bagels pretty much every day. At one job, my breakfast was always a bagel with cream cheese, mixed vegetables, and a little salt. You can see that particular bagel quite a few times here:
