BBQ turkey tenderloin I cooked in my homemade vegetable stock in the pressure cooker, roasted asparagus, and roasted little potatoes. I'm really enjoying the pressure cooker and wish I'd gotten one a long time ago.

I use a pressure cooker a lot - they are so quick, and great for making stock and casseroles.

I love how moist everything is that's cooked in one. Best meatloaf I've ever made and best corned beef I've ever had. Hadn't thought to try a casserole so I'm glad you mentioned it.
