I always enjoy tallying up the different flavors of fail on Schadenfriday. This week, I would say it's mostly "rolled a 1 while trying something risky," with a couple instances of "whoops, not as structural as assumed" and a couple more "I don't know how you were expecting that to turn out well"s.
