Worst and most common mistake people make when saying it: Think out of the box.

Best thing I've heard so far in India: You can have your out-of-thinking box.

I used to work with a guy who always said things like, "They're going to want us to come up with interesting, out-of-the-box ideas." What, typical, cookie-cutter, pre-packaged ones that we just grab from a box?
