Not my video

The mall I went to on Sunday appears at time marker 2:04. Missing from this video are the dust and insane mobs of people who gather at the malls at night. The road is also hella torn up right now. We wanted to go to the other mall across the street, but the crosswalk you see in the video currently doesn't exist, and the wood wall dividing the road divides a lot more of it. If I happen to go back during the day I'll try to get comparison shots.

That's just how it's done here. If you pass someone without honking to let them know you're about to go by, it'd pretty much be your fault if they drifted over into you. They don't have the expectation of staying in the lanes here.
