Heron-ditary
Jul. 12th, 2018 10:55 amMy physical therapist wants me to walk as much as every other day now, increasing distance over time. My last walk was 3.2 miles and I did 4 this morning! I chose Edgewater Beach because it's easy to do as little or as much as you want to there. And since I didn't do the Mukilteo side first, I parked across from the road leading to the beach. That was nice because it was shady, and since it was close, I didn't have to plan for the long walk to the car at the end.
The herons down there were very brave or maybe just tired. I've never walked so close to them so many times in a day.
Fun with Layout in IG.

And the regular shots.

Near the end of the walk, this eagle was nice enough to begin his approach from straight ahead of me so I had time to get the phone ready.
