I have been craving pea salad ever since sgtred posted about peas several months ago. Tonight, I am finally making it. I forgot to buy eggs but it should be pretty good anyway.

Oh man, I love peas with goat cheese and a poached egg on top. It's ridiculously yum. Poached is definitely better in this case (rather than sunny side up or something). Silky velvety texture. And, yumminess.

We met about 11 or so years ago. You had Really long hair and I was a horrid little trollop. Filaribit rescued me from the clutches of two separate stupid males and I lived with him for a while before running off to live in a zoo and getting knocked up by some guy I met at work. I am feeling much better now and hope that I have brought some good memories to him... Now that we have met again. If you want to continue this in more detail, mommastormy at gmail dot com ... Theres a clue there, I think (=
