I ran out of wine tonight. This happens every few days. Sometimes when this happens I'll go down to the store right away and get more. Other times, I'll wait until the next day and grab a bottle on the way home.

Tonight is the kind of night that I'd like more, but I'm in no mood to get dressed and go down there.

I don't know why I never realized until just now that I should buy two or three bottles at a time. I'm going to from now on. Now I'll only have this problem half the time or less.

I think I'm also gonna buy two boxes of Q-Tips if I can ever find any.

Theyre either with the medication stuff, or on the aisle with like PAPER goods.. never know! Might wanna check both aisles. Why not just go to Bartell/Walgreens/RiteAid though?

It was even hard to find them at Walgreens once. I had to ask.

Probably I'll end up going to Bartell first and then carrying them with me to the grocery store tomorrow night. Tonight was a definite "stay the hell away from the store" kind of night for me. I even suspected that I should grab a bottle of wine but decided to just come home and start chillin' like a villain.

However, teh employees definitely should know. Dumbasses.

Heh. I'm out of beer and wine but don't want to tromp to Safeway although a beer sounds good this evening. I'm toying w/ the idea of the corner store, but it's not economical. Hm. Need TP. Drat. :( I'm also running low on Q-Tips so I best scout out the store for future reference. Usually Tams buys those.

Please email her and ask her where she finds the Q-Tips before you try to buy some yourself. Trust me, you don't want to try to find them on your own.

Damn that's wise. Sadly, she should be asleep. I used to be the Non-Foods Department Head for a grocery store. I should be ok. If not, I'll ask a produce clerk because, oddly, they seem to know everything in that store. **%&$^! Feh. About time to slap shoes upon my feet. :(

Hey that makes a cool icon!

Thank you for reminding me that I had wine! Sorry you ran out. :-(

Q-tips...I usually find them in the makeup aisle or the aisle where the baby crap is kept.

Safeway and Amazon both deliver. That way, the Q-tips can be found on your doorstep.

I like to stock up on wine when the groceries pull bottles and offer discounts. MMMMMMmmmmmm cheaper wine.

How is the new Amazon (fresh) service? I'm jealous. Albertsons.com delivers in this area too.

Okay, I'm going to feel like a dork for even admitting this, but... many many years ago I bought a three-pack of Q-tips at Costco. I'm pretty sure I've got an extra box still kicking around. It's yours if you want it.

BUT... here's the catch... it's in storage somewhere, and I don't know when I'll get there or if I'll even find it immediately... or at all.

I know, I'm no help. How's this, if I find it, I'll tell you so's I can send it on its way. Then you'll have a backup for the next time you go through this.

Yeah, I'm a dork for buying bulk Q-tips at Costco. Ehn.

There are several items I'd love to buy in Costco quantities. Q-Tips, paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. It'd be cool to not have to worry about these items as often. Not dorky at all.
