I'd purposefully park AS CLOSE to that fucker as I could and climb out the passenger side.
Then I'd take pictures to prove who hit my car on the way out of their spot...

As far as I can tell the people who do this actually want to make people not park next to them because they are so protective of their precious penis substitute metal box. I will in fact park so that it's a real pain for them to get out. I don't block them in because that can get you towed. I drive a big ol' yuppiemobile that I don't much care about it getting a scrape or ding here and there, and when people park like this or they make it a PITA for me to get in or out, I'm not exactly careful about avoiding whacking their door with mine or backing into their bumper a little.

Lest someone cry hypocrite I am actually otherwise very careful about leaving other people enough room when I park, and parking straight in the spot.
