One of these days I should come up for this and I'll dress as Mario and you can be the Princess.
Or I'll dress as Link, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Link_(The_Legend_of_Zelda))and you can still be the Princess. Or I can dress as Naruto, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naruto_the_Movie:_Ninja_Clash_in_the_Land_of_Snow) and you can be the Princess. Or, I can dress as Shirannosuke, (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=227) and you can be the Princess. Or, wait! I'll dress as um, Makato from El Hazard #2, (http://www.clho.net/anime/anime.php?anime=17) and you can be the Princess.
We could pretty much dress as a pre-teen boy with a crazy-ass sword and big hair and a princess and someone would recognize us from some obscure anime film. It would be fun!
I will dress as any princess you like, but I will not agree to shave my beard.
Someone once made a video where they made up a costume and went to a con to see how many people would say they recognized the "obscure" character they were dressed as. 'twas funny.
I hate commuting through downtown when these things are going on, everyone assumes I'm some weak-ass anime character like the rest of 'em, its like when I'm clown and someone asks if we're juggalos.
