Still no internet at home, but I'm having one of the slowest nights on record at work tonight. A little catching up here rather than in comments elsewhere.

[profile] misterdoug: I like the new hair, but it sure is weird to see.

[profile] patosa: My fingers are firmly crossed, and I'll even twist my nuts a couple of times before bed. Good luck!

[profile] badrobot68: Sarah Silverman was indeed a lot of fun, though I do wish for that ticket price it was a slightly higher percentage of new material. Also, that photo of Kyle is rad. And OLD.

[profile] ubermonkey: I like you better without the beard. Very nice.

[profile] jodfoster: Frankenboot is this weekend. You comin'? I hope I can dance. (see below)

In other news, I've been typing up old handwritten stuff, averaging 3,750 words each morning today and yesterday. And this morning, I missed a step on my fire escape and jacked my foot up. I narrowly missed twisting my ankle, but feel very sore, very deep through the arch of my foot. This could get ugly. I walk a lot, you know.

I've adjusted pretty well to getting up an hour earlier now, but am having a hard time getting used to having and using a fridge full of groceries.

I need Vegemite or Marmite in my cabinet to go with some of the food in my fridge. Hard to find in the QFC, but luckily there's a Cost Plus downtown.
