I always thought there was no vietnamese on Queen Anne, but found this. It was about a 20 walk from my office so I'm getting something to go.

GAH!!! There are only three pho places here in Bellingham..and two of them don't have tripe / tendon (due to US law/regulation!?).

$7.50 for a large bowl -- not bad!

You can get tendon and tripe all over the place here. I think they lied to you about why they don't serve it.
