It didn't occur to me until I pulled this out of the oven that I had pizza for lunch, too. But I bought tandoori naan this morning, saw it in my backpack when I got home, and got to work.

So yeah, this pizza is on naan because I'm really tired of lavash. It's got garlic tomato sauce, sardines, potatoes, thai basil, and four cheese blend. This is the first time I ever bought sardines, and I'm a little disappointed; I thought they'd be fishier, like anchovies. Honestly, they taste a lot like tuna.

I really love naan pizza. I think it is my favorite kind. It's nto as brittle as pita, but just as delicious.

Yeah it was really good. Trader Joe's naan isn't great, though. I got this naan at Whole Foods and it was fantastic. A+++ would eat again! LQQK

I get WF's naan instead always. TJ's is kind of doughy a lot of the time and that is nasty :(
Their pizza dough is A+, though.

I need to get the stuff together to have a "floured work area" so I can have their pizza dough.

I guess that means I'd have to finally buy flour. :(

The bonus is that you can buy it in tiny bags and then make biscuits out of half of it!

I'm not a big sardine fan, either.

If you like fishy, have you tried kippered herring? (Also called kipper snacks.) It comes in cans.

It's nicely fishy (not as strong as anchovies,) but also salty/smokey. Good stuff.

I'll definitely grab some next time I'm at the store. My mom's stepdad used to eat them a lot. I totally forgot about that until you mentioned it. Probably because he was a complete asshole. :)

If you have a 99-cent Only store near you, sometimes you can find them there (if you're lucky.) Same goes for smoked oysters. Some of their brands aren't bad. :)

I was gonna say smoked oysters or mussels.

You are desecrating the name of pizza.

I recommend the frozen garlic naan at Trader Joe's.

Huh I never noticed any frozen naan there. I'll check it out.

I live alone, so when I buy something, I gotta eat it over and over. One little bag of little potatoes goes a long way.

And they're nummy too.

i understand. potatoes show up in a lot of your photos. and you are a lover of the smelly fish. now that can't be because you live alone...

Pizza for lunch and dinner?

You and Badrobot68 need to have a contest to see how many meals in a row you can eat pizza
