If they can deliver the best sellers without a 400 person waiting list, i think this might just be a good idea.

especially if they keep the people who can afford this away from libraries.

Plus, anything that threatens border's business is good in my book.

library doesnt deliver
library is almost never open when its convenient for me to go
library often has long waiting lists

plus, going to the library usually means you already know you want to get books. getting them delivered from a list you have made means you get books even if you didnt realize that you wanted them, and i assume it would cause me to read more! :) i assume this because since signing up for netflix i have watched more movies in the last year then i have pretty much my whole life.

i love the idea of bookswim, and theres another one too that i cant recall off the top of my head, but i cant justify the cost right now. if i had a spare $20/mo then i would be on it in a heartbeat ^_^
