I have my Twitter and LoudTwitter accounts all set up. So why are my tweets not posting to my LJ? LoudTwitter sadly does not have a FAQ for me to easily reference.

There are lots of issues with both sites, you could have it set up perfectly and still have the posts fail to materialize on lj. What time do you have loudtwitter set to copy them over? I suggest changing the time and choosing a weird time in the middle of the night and not on a half hour, quarter hour, or top of the hour.
