We made pretty good time on the bus and are now here. It's raining so hard, cattycritic had to buy new shoes. I still love this place. Expect a bevy of entertaining videos; she bought a new camera last night and we're having a fabulous time breaking it in.

The reason I had to buy new shoes was because my current shoes were leaking so badly that by the time I actually changed into the new pair, almost my entire foot/sock was wet. GAH. I don't mind wet feet if they aren't surrounded by socks and shoes, and it's not cold. But the shoes I got are rad.

And Aldo is the Starbucks of shoe stores.

The leaky shoes were all squishy and blowing raspberries out between the leather & the sole every time I took a step. That was awesome.

There are many varieties of food and beverages available for purchase on the train. The bus has toilet paper.
