Blame CA for the crazy intersection U-turns. They are allowed there at most intersections but there is always signage. For some reason that habit has made it to Seattle despite there being no signage and I think illegal.

Even in a small intersection with no divider? These kinds of U turns I've been seeing require the driver to kinda start a right hand turn but then make a big circle.
