I made pad thai!

It's surprisingly delicious. I made a mess but it was worth it. This is probably one of the most complicated things I've ever made, and I'm proud of myself for not succumbing to my fear of hot metal surfaces.

I bought the box of noodles and sauce from Trader Joe's. Fried up an egg, stir fried some veggies and some chicken I had, little splash of lemon juice at the end, some thai basil (seen above).

how did that come about? i am assuming your fear is going beyond the normal caution one should have about heating elements...

I've just never liked cooking and the less I did of it, the more I worried about what might happen if I did.
