The plate you have it on is quite fetching a shade of blue. This isn't fiesta ware, is it?

They were very good but I should have used more bacon salt.

The plate is Gibson. I found them in my laundry room. A few of them are chipped. I really want some Corelle. I was so mad when my mom gave away our old set to someone else. I hadn't thought about Corelle in a while but I ate at Maharaja and they use it there.
