Dinner from the crock pot

It's not pretty, but it's really tasty. This morning before work, I threw four chicken breasts in there, along with a jar of eggplant marinara and a some balsamic vinegar. When I got home from work, I pulled the chicken out, threw in some pasta, and rested the chicken on top. Three hours later, I'm eating a very tasty meal with almost no effort.

I wish I would have gotten a crock pot years ago.

yum. i need to get one for christmas. i made dinner in 10 minutes after work sometimes, it'd be nice to do smoething for that long in the morning instead and have effortless food when i come home.

whoa that's awesome. i going to try that.

did you leave it on low or high while at work, and after adding the pasta?

Low the whole time. And I discovered this morning that some of the pasta at the very bottom was charred. I shouldn't be surprised, because it barely fit in the sauce. I should have put in less pasta or some water.
