One pound of browned ground beef, 1 can each cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup, one layer of upright tater tots. Cooked, pulled out, layer of sharp cheddar added, broiled.
Read it again. The only step I really left out was "stir the soups and the meat". I don't know what temperature or how long to cook but there are probably casserole standards out there.
