It's a dude wearing a dress shirt (unbuttoned), glasses, tie off to the side, and a jock strap. Nothing else. Another dude behind him is in dark socks and a white underthing is holding his holding his legs up. A third gentleman (might be naked, can't tell) is fisting the first one. They all appear to be japanese. The caption on the picture where I originally found it was "karaoke got boring."
