This is the most disgusting thing I have eaten in ages. It's like cardboard with a hint of berry-flavored medicine extract.

My friend Barry tries with rice flour. Apparently it's okay except that Canada is not nearly as helpful as the USA to those with 'unique' dietary needs.

I wonder if flax and sphagnum would work the same way. I think it might be a good challenge to try different stuff out like that and see just how much of an adjustment needs to be made.

I hope Canadian retailers catch up a bit. You can get pretty much anything for ANY dietary restriction here. We're pretty lucky.
