I think it raises some fascinating legal questions. Surely it can't be illegal. I mean it was polyurethane, not actual female boobies. On the one hand, I can understand parents not wanting their kids exposed to simulated sex. But on the other hand, it's not clear just how actually "sexual" his behavior was.
