Ever try using rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip to rub up under there? It helps dissolve the adhesive.

The funniest shit on QVC would be when they would feature the wax strips and demonstrated them by having some poor dude stand there with his arm exposed while the chatty demo lady would slap the strip on, then seconds later quickly RRRRRRIP it off, and the guy had to try his damndest not to flinch or scream. My mother would watch this and laugh for like five minutes.
