today's pizza

Naan crust with sweet indian ketchup for sauce. Fingerling potato slices, grilled chicken chunks, fresh mint, mozzarella. One slice will be eaten with spicy brown mustard.

Quite good! I'd been looking for indian ketchup since I got back from there, and finally found some at Uwajimaya.

I put the toppings under the crust, so these pizza pictures aren't much to look at. Oh well.
