I was actually born in July of 1974, not May of 1975. The 575 refers to the syllables in a haiku. I can write them very quickly, because in college I wrote epic haiku stories with a coworker via email. My half came to over 3,000 haiku.

Where did your user name come from?

My first phone number when I left my parents' house was 899-GIRL. That was just a coincidence. I actually chose the last four digits of the Fuck Phone.
