I made mojito popsicles last night

My man made mojitos...in a POPSICLE!, a photo by gmwnet on Flickr.

They were good. And the batch was enough to make another set, so there are some waiting for us in the freezer for tonight!

I used rum and followed this recipe:

I didn't use enough hot water on two of them and the sticks came right out, leaving the popsicle behind. The other two, I was more careful with, and they came out fine. They weren't super-duper solid and had to be eaten quickly, but they weren't falling apart or anything.
