I forgot to put on deodorant today.

Wouldn't be too big of a deal, but I'm going to the doctor today. While I'm there, I'll have to take my shirt off, and her face will be about a foot from my armpits.

I'm going to practice holding my arms tightly against my sides at my desk today.

Try skipping meat in your meals today, this may help your odor concern ;)
