christopher575My left ear is aching slightly. I'm trying not to worry about it, but the sensation takes me back to when I was a kid and I had an ear infection that was so bad I had to lay on my side on a towel-covered pillow so the towel could soak up all the fluid draining out. The fluid eventually built up behind my eardrum and broke it.
That and scarlet fever were my two major illnesses when I was a kid. I really go all-out when I get sick. Thankfully, it's not very often.
