My physical therapist suggested sleeping on my futon instead of my murphy
bed. Actually, she'd like me to get a new bed, but I don't see that
happening any time soon.

I haven't slept on this in a long time. I used to escape to it when my last
partner's snoring became unbearable.

Right now it's the silence I can't stand.

A new bed is a really good Idea. I think the right support could stop your back pain.
